We help organisations understand how information needs to move through their teams, systems and processes, then design practical ways to make those flows work better.

That begins with mapping how information is created, captured, shared and acted upon: who needs to know what, when they need to know it, where the information currently lives, and where cultural, organisational or technical barriers get in the way. We can then develop tools and integrations that reduce duplication, accelerate routine processes and make important information easier to capture and use.

Our work can include databases, automated updates and notifications, custom data bridges between otherwise incompatible systems, and integrations using existing or purpose-built APIs. Wherever appropriate, we use open-source software and Linux-based infrastructure to provide flexible, economical implementations without unnecessary dependence on proprietary platforms.
